The housing is the body of the machine. It holds up all the components and provides it with a rigid frame.
|
The chuck is an integral part of our machine. Its main job is to hold stock in place while being cut. Additionally it provides no-slop coupling to drive our y-axis.

At the center of the machine is the horizontal slide. It encases the dremel while moving it forwards and backwards to provide another degree of freedom.
