Documentation in a New Way

At the end of every meeting, our team would spend time recording which tasks we had completed and what we still needed to do. This method of documentation, while efficient for remembering what we were working on, seemed a little impersonal for our tastes. How would we remember what we learned? What was the best way for us to record our biggest downfalls or accomplishments? We decided that we wanted to start a team blog to add a personal twist to our documentation process.

Taking Turns

We determined that we wanted to have at least one blog post per two week sprint and up to one post a week. Each team member volunteered to write the blog post for at least one week during the project. There were no constraints of what to write; each person decided for themselves what the most important moment of the sprint had been for them.
