In the process of designing Gardenai, we went through several prototyping stages and thus bought many materials that did not make it in to our final prototype, for that list of materials, please visit this link.

The following table shows all of the things we bought that made it in to our final prototype. For this project we had a class budget of $250, and were allowed to use any other materials we found. Our materials were either bought using our budget, owned, found, or donated. Thus, since many of our materials we did not pay for, we can only estimate their cost. The "usal cost" coloumn of this table lists the prices of almost all materials (minus misc. electrical components), and its total reflects how much it would cost someone to build this project from scratch.
